Privacy Policy

EasyNav is operated by Meridian Studios LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information you provide when signing up: email address and any name you supply.
• Site configuration you create in the dashboard (widget settings, the domain you install EasyNav on).
• Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we keep a Stripe customer ID and a summary of your subscription status.
• Usage analytics from Vercel Analytics: aggregate pageviews, referrers, and Core Web Vitals. Cookieless and not tied to individuals.
• Authentication cookies set by Supabase to keep you signed in.

How we use it

We use this information to operate EasyNav: to authenticate you, deliver the widget configured for your site, process payments, send necessary account emails (sign-in links, billing, cancellation confirmations), and understand which parts of our marketing site work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers we use

• Supabase — database, authentication, magic-link email.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Resend — transactional email (cancellation confirmations, etc.).

Each is bound by their own privacy and data-processing terms. Visitors to sites that use the EasyNav widget are not tracked by us; the widget loads its configuration anonymously by site ID.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Email hello@easynav.io and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, which we honor for all users.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for tax or legal purposes (typically Stripe transaction records for 7 years).

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, scoped database access via row-level security, and least-privilege keys for third-party services. No system is perfectly secure; you use EasyNav at your own risk.

Children

EasyNav is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice in the dashboard. The date at the top reflects the current version.
