Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EasyNav, a web service provided by Meridian Studios LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

EasyNav is an embeddable widget you install on your website to give visitors controls for adjusting text size, contrast, spacing, and related reading preferences. We provide a dashboard to configure the widget and a hosted script to deliver it.

Your account

You are responsible for the email address used to access your account and for any activity that occurs under it. If you discover unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Subscription and billing

• EasyNav is a paid subscription: $20/month or $200/year.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically.
• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. After cancellation your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused time. If we materially reduce the service in a way that affects you, contact us and we will work it out fairly.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to the payment transaction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use EasyNav for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
• Install the EasyNav widget on domains you do not own or are not legally authorized to manage.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the widget or service, except to the extent allowed by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute EasyNav as a standalone or competing product, or share access across organizations beyond what your subscription covers.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades it for other users (excessive automated requests, abuse of the API, etc.).

Intellectual property

We own EasyNav, including the widget, dashboard, and underlying code. You own your content and your site configuration. Installing EasyNav grants us only the permissions needed to deliver the service.

Disclaimers

EasyNav is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific accessibility, legal, or compliance standard. You are responsible for ensuring your website meets the accessibility and legal requirements that apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to EasyNav is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to the service

We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves. For changes that materially affect paying users, we will provide reasonable notice (typically 30 days) by email or in the dashboard, except where a faster change is required for security or by law.

Termination

You can stop using EasyNav at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Non-payment, after a reasonable attempt to collect.
• Violations of these Terms.
• Activity that poses a risk to the service or other users.

We will provide notice where reasonable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
