Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of EasyNav, a product of Meridian Studios LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account, purchasing EasyNav, or using the widget, you agree to these Terms.

What EasyNav is

EasyNav is a website widget that gives your visitors controls for adjusting text size, contrast, spacing, and related reading preferences. You configure the widget in our dashboard, and after purchase you download a copy of the widget code with your settings built in. You install that copy on your own website. The installed widget runs entirely on your site and does not depend on our servers.

Your account

You are responsible for the email address used to access your account and for any activity that occurs under it. If you discover unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Purchase, refunds, and what’s included

• EasyNav is a one-time purchase, currently $299. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Current pricing is shown at easynav.io/#pricing.
• Your purchase includes: the widget code with your configuration built in, downloadable from your dashboard; and 30 days of install support (see below).
• 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email hello@easynav.io and we will refund your payment in full. A refund ends your license, and you agree to remove the widget from your site.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to the payment transaction.

Your license

On purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run your copy of the EasyNav widget on one website that you own or are legally authorized to manage, including its staging, preview, and development copies. Want it on another website? That’s another purchase.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the widget code, or offer it (or a derivative of it) as a standalone or competing product.
• Remove the license notice from the widget file.
• Use EasyNav for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
• Use the dashboard or our services in a way that disrupts or degrades them for other users.

You may edit your copy of the code to integrate it with your own site. Modified copies remain subject to this license, and support does not cover modifications.

Install support

For 30 days from purchase, we will help you get the widget installed and working on your website by email, at hello@easynav.io. This covers installing the unmodified widget on the licensed website. It is not a custom development service, and after the window closes we have no obligation to provide further support, though you are always welcome to write to us.

No ongoing services

The product is the downloaded copy. We do not promise updates, new versions, or maintenance of any kind, and your copy will keep running without us. We may release improved versions and may make them available to past purchasers, but we are not obligated to. The configuration dashboard is provided as a convenience for generating your widget file; we may change or discontinue it, and doing so does not affect your license or your installed copy.

Intellectual property

We own the EasyNav software, brand, and website. Your purchase is a license to use your copy of the widget code as described above, not a transfer of ownership of the underlying software. You own your content and your site configuration.

Disclaimers

EasyNav is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the widget is error-free or compatible with every website, browser, or future browser version. EasyNav is a reading comfort tool. It does not make your website compliant with the ADA, WCAG, or any other accessibility, legal, or regulatory standard, and we make no representation that it reduces your legal exposure. You are responsible for ensuring your website meets the accessibility and legal requirements that apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to EasyNav is limited to the amount you paid us for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time; your license to the copy you downloaded survives. We may suspend or terminate dashboard access, or revoke a license, for violations of these Terms, for payment reversal or fraud, or for activity that poses a risk to our services or other users. We will provide notice where reasonable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The terms in effect when you purchased govern your purchase. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice in the dashboard.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
